Starter Signal

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 1996 Acura 2.5TL. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

Measure voltage between PCM harness connector terminals B5 (positive) and A26 (negative) with ignition switch in START position. See Figure . If battery voltage exists, starter signal is okay. If voltage does not exist, inspect fuse No. 9 (7.5-amp). If fuse is okay, repair open in Blue/Red wire between PCM and fuse No. 9. If fuse is blown, check Blue/White wire for short to ground. Repair as necessary.
