Cruise Control Will Set, But Indicator Light Does Not Come On

Check gauge dimming switch. See GAUGE DIMMER SWITCH INPUT  under SYSTEM TESTS. Check cruise control unit inputs. See CONTROL UNIT INPUT  under SYSTEM TESTS. Check ground connection G201 (located at right front of engine compartment). Check ground connection G401 (located behind left kick panel). Check the following wires for open or loose and/or disconnected terminals. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Check Yellow/Blue wire between instrument cluster and fuse No. 25 (7.5-amp), located in underdash fuse/relay box. Check Red/Blue wire between cruise control unit and instrument cluster.
