Electronic Throttle Control Module: Service and Repair

Throttle Actuator Control Module Replacement

1. Remove the right kick panel.
2. Remove the glove box.
3. Remove the Hands Free Link control unit and the adaptive cruise control (ACC) unit and its bracket (if equipped).




4. Disconnect the throttle actuator control module 16P connector (A).
5. Remove the nuts (B) and the throttle actuator control module (C).
6. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
