DTC B1807: Power Seat Control Unit Lost Communication with MICU (Door Switch Message)
NOTE:
If you are troubleshooting multiple DTCs, be sure to follow the instructions in B-CAN System Diagnosis Test Mode A (see
TROUBLESHOOTING - B-CAN SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS TEST MODE A
).
- Clear the DTCs with the HDS.
- Turn the ignition switch OFF, and then back ON (II).
- Check for DTCs with the HDS.
Is DTC B1807 indicated?
YES -Go to step 4.
NO -Check for poor connections. If OK, check battery condition and charging system.
- Check for DTCs with the HDS.
Are DTCs B1057 and B1159 indicated?
YES -Go to step 7.
NO -Go to step 5.
- Turn the ignition switch OFF.
- Do the POWER SEAT CONTROL UNIT INPUT TEST (see POWER SEAT CONTROL UNIT INPUT TEST
).
Is the input test OK?
YES -Faulty power seat control unit.
NO -Refer to the POWER SEAT CONTROL UNIT INPUT TEST and correct the cause.
- Turn the ignition switch OFF.
- Do the multiplex integrated control unit input test (see
MICU INPUT TEST
).
Is the input test OK?
YES -Faulty multiplex integrated control unit.
NO -Refer to the multiplex integrated control unit input test and correct the cause.
