DTC 1409: Audio Error 9 (XM Error)

NOTE:
- This navigation DTC sets when a problem is detected in the XM antenna connection.
- Check the vehicle battery condition first (see BATTERY TEST )
- Before you troubleshoot, make sure to follow the general troubleshooting information (see GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING INFORMATION )
- Check the most recent DTC (see HOW TO CHECK ERROR HISTORY )
- Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0), or press the engine start/stop button to select the OFF mode, then back to ON (II), or the ON mode

Is DTC 1409 indicated at the time you cycled the vehicle?
YES -Check for poor connections or loose terminals at the XM antenna, if they are OK, do the diagnosis for the XM antenna in the audio system
NO -Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time
