EGR Valve Replacement

  1. Remove the engine cover (see step 6 on page 5-2).
  2. Remove the main under-hood fuse box.
  3. Disconnect the EGR valve 5P connector (A).

  4. Remove the EGR valve (B).
  5. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal with a new gasket (C).
