22 RED VSV (EVAPORATIVE EMISSION (EVAP) CANISTER VENT SHUT VALVE) Drives EVAP canister vent shut valve With ignition switch ON (II)/vehicle in ON mode: battery voltage
23 YEL VBUM (VOLTAGE BACK UP) Power source for ECM/PCM memory Battery voltage at all times
