- Body control module connector C (28P) : disconnected
- Procedure
- Perform the inspection according to the following table.

Power Window Master Switch Inspection
Test Procedure
- Install a known-good power window master switch and attempt to reproduce the failure.
Results
- If the failure is reproduced, there is a problem with the related components.
- If the symptom/DTC goes away, the power window master switch must be faulty.
Front Passenger's Power Window Switch Inspection
Test Procedure
- Install a known-good front passenger's power window switch and attempt to reproduce the failure.
Results
- If the failure is reproduced, there is a problem with the related components.
- If the symptom/DTC goes away, the front passenger's power window switch must be faulty.
Power Tailgate Control Unit Inspection
Test Procedure
- Install a known-good power tailgate control unit and attempt to reproduce the failure.
Results
- If the failure is reproduced, there is a problem with the related components.
- If the symptom/DTC goes away, the power tailgate control unit must be faulty.
Power Tailgate Closer Unit Inspection
Test Procedure
- Install a known-good power tailgate closer unit and attempt to reproduce the failure.
Results
- If the failure is reproduced, there is a problem with the related components.
- If the symptom/DTC goes away, the power tailgate closer unit must be faulty.
Body Control Module Inspection
Test Procedure
- If the other inspection item (s) indicated a normal condition, then it is determined that the remaining body control module is the cause.
Results
- There is a problem with the body control module.
