Wheel Alignment Specifications & Procedures: Adjustments: Toe-In

1. Inspect tires for feathered edges and steering components for wear before adjustment. Correct any mechanical conditions as necessary. Place front wheels in straight-ahead position and center steering wheel.
2. Use Steering Wheel Lock Tool (M.S. 405-01 or equivalent) to clamp steering wheel into position. Adjust toe-in by turning steering arm in or out to shorten or lengthen arms to obtain desired toe-in. Tighten jam nut.
