Vehicle key for radio remote control, programming/erasing: Notes

2 radio-controlled keys are delivered with the vehicle.

Adapt new or not yet adapted ignition keys with radio-frequency remote control to control module for central locking -J429-. See WORK STEP OF ADAPTING NEW RADIO-CONTROLLED KEYS  .

In addition, the vehicle keys must also be adapted to the control electronics for immobilizer.

Radio-frequency remote control keys must be adapted again, if one of the DTCs 00955 to 00958 is indicated. See WORK PROCEDURE FOR RE-ADAPTING EXISTING RADIO-CONTROLLED KEYS  .
