Control Module Coding Options (Up To 06.97)
Before changing the code, the current coding value must be checked. For coding options, see CONTROL MODULE CODING OPTIONS (UP TO 06.97) table. Safety Central Locking (SCL) has the following function (with the vehicle locked): If the CL is only activated once (using key or remote control), the driver's door and tank flap are unlocked, while all other doors and the trunk lid remain locked. If the CL is immediately operated a second time, the remaining doors and trunk lid will be unlocked.
