Test sequence: Notes

Remove 2-pin harness connector -1- to the respective Valve -2- for camshaft adjustment:

NOTE: Before disconnecting harness connectors, mark allocation to component.

Measure resistance between terminals of the respective valve for camshaft adjustment.
Specified value: 10 to 18 Ω

If specified value is not obtained:

Replace the respective Valve -1- for camshaft adjustment -N205- Valve -2- for camshaft adjustment -N208-, item. 11.
Erase DTC memory of Engine Control Module (ECM). See DIAGNOSTIC MODE 4: RESET/ERASE DIAGNOSTIC DATA .
Generate readiness code. See READINESS CODE, GENERATING .

If specified value is obtained:

Connect test box to control module wiring harness. See TEST BOX, CONNECTING FOR WIRING TEST .
