Function Mode 10: Adaptation

NOTE: Use this function mode to adjust sensitivity of ultrasonic sensors.
  1. When RAPID DATA TRANSFER SELECT FUNCTION XX is displayed on scan tool, press 1 then 0 (10) to select ADAPTATION. Press "Q" key to confirm input. ADAPTATION INSERT CHANNEL NUMBER XX will be displayed. Press 1 then 0 (10) to insert channel No. 10. ADAPTATION CHANNEL DISPLAY 10 will be displayed. Press "Q" key to confirm input.
  2. CHANNEL 1 ADAPTATION 100 SENSITIVITY IN % <-1 3-> will be displayed. 100 indicates current sensitivity of sensors in percent. Press right arrow key to continue. CHANNEL 1 ADAPTATION 100 INPUT ADAPTATION VALUE XXXXX will be displayed.
  3. Enter sensitivity value desired. For example, use 75 percent (00075). CHANNEL 1 ADAPTATION 100 Q INPUT ADAPTATION VALUE 00075 will be displayed. Press "Q" key to confirm input. CHANNEL 1 ADAPTATION 75 Q SENSITIVITY IN % <-1 3-> will be displayed. Press "Q" key to confirm input.
  4. CHANNEL 1 ADAPTATION 75 Q STORE CHANGED VALUE? will be displayed. Press "Q" key to confirm input. CHANNEL 1 ADAPTATION 75 Q CHANGED VALUE IS STORED will be displayed. Press right arrow key to end adaptation of sensor sensitivity.
