Checking DTC memory

1) Operating modes 1 and 2 appear alternately

1) Operating modes 1 and 2 appear alternately

If malfunctions were stored, a repair is necessary. The print-out from the VAG 1551 scan tool should be given to the Service department.

NOTE: The VAG 1551 scan tool must remain connected for adaptation of the Service Reminder Indicator (SRI) and possibly for emissions testing (where applicable).
