Operation 2: Erasing Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) memory

Test conditions: 

• Engine stopped, ignition switched on

Display on VAS 5051:

• Under -1- select diagnostic function "05 - Erase Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) memory".

1. • No display (before erasing)

   or

   • Diagnostic Trouble Code memory erased
2. Note: Is the function to be carried out?

   Note: Data will be erased!

   • Press "OK" button in display -2-.
   • Press < button.
   • Perform next operation.
