Exhaust system components, removing and installing: Notes
NOTE:
- Always replace gaskets and self-locking nuts.
- After working on exhaust system ensure that system is not under stress, and that it has sufficient clearance from bodywork. If necessary, loosen clamp and align mufflers and exhaust pipe so that sufficient clearance is maintained to bodywork at all points and mountings are evenly loaded.
- To avoid damage, do not bend decoupling element of front exhaust pipe by more than 10°.
