NOTE:
  • If operating and display module, Climatronic Control Module J255 cannot be removed, proceed as for vehicles with radio navigation system.
  • Removal on vehicles with radio navigation system or radio with large control panel
NOTE:
  • The operating and display module, Climatronic Control Module J255 is held in position in the center console by way of 4 clips - -.
  • In the event of incorrect Instrument Panel Interior Temperature Sensor G56 measurements, check intake grille of operating and display module, Climatronic Control Module J255 trim panel (must not be closed off) as well as operation of Interior Temperature Sensor Fan V42.
  • On replacing operating and display module, Climatronic Control Module J255, pay attention to precise assignment (e.g. without or with heated seat switch) .
