If "ignition off time period signal" is not detected by the operating and display module, Climatronic Control Module J255 when the ignition is switched on (transmitted by Instrument Cluster Control Module J285 via CAN-Bus comfort system), the operating and display module, Climatronic Control Module J255 assumes a standing time of more than 4 hours and the engine temperature is taken to be the same as the ambient temperature. In heating mode, this can lead to delayed start-up of the Fresh Air Blower V2 despite the engine being warm. The Outside Air Temperature Display G106 in the instrument cluster may also display incorrect ambient temperature values.
