CONDITION
- Unjustified, sporadic fault code entry in the Front Information Display Control Head Control Module J523 (Address word 07): DTC 02849 (control unit for lane-changing assistant - no signal/communication).
- The operation of the lane-changing assistant (Audi Side Assist) is not affected. The customer has no complaint about any unexpected behavior or any warning concerning the Audi Side Assist system.
