Intake Manifold, Lower Section, With Fuel Rail Assembly Overview

1. Bracket
   • For the flange and fuel rail
2. Gasket
   • Replace
3. Sleeve
4. Intake manifold lower section
   • The intake manifold flaps must be all the way open in the intake manifold channel when the intake manifold lower section is being installed
   • Removing and installing, refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD, LOWER SECTION, WITH FUEL RAIL 
   • 10 Nm
5. Support ring
   • Replace if damaged
   • Make sure it fits correctly when installed
6. O-ring
   • Replace
   • Coat with clean engine oil
7. Spacer ring
   • Replace if damaged
8. Fuel injector
   • Removing and installing, refer to FUEL INJECTORS 
9. Combustion chamber seal
   • Do not grease ring or treat with any other lubricant
   • Replace
10. Actuator lever
    • For the vacuum actuator
11. Seal
    • Replace if damaged
    • Lift out with screwdriver to replace
    • Press in by hand
12. Vacuum hose
    • From the Intake Manifold Runner Control (IMRC) Valve -N316-
13. Intake manifold runner control vacuum actuator
14. Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor 2 -G512-
15. Bolts
    • 2.5 Nm
16. Threaded support
    • 40 Nm
17. Cover
    • For the spray nozzle valve and the oil check valve
    • Removing and installing, refer to appropriate service information.
18. To vacuum reservoir
19. High pressure fuel line
20. Bolts
    • 9 Nm
21. Fuel rail
    • Removing and installing, refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD, LOWER SECTION, WITH FUEL RAIL 
22. Bolts
    • 9 Nm
23. Bolts
    • 9 Nm
24. Bolts
    • 0.3 Nm
