Engine, Supporting In Installed Position

• Engine Support Bridge 10-222A
• Engine/Gearbox Support Shackle (2 pc.) 10-222A/12
• Engine Sling - Engine Bracket 2024A/1
• Engine Support - Basic Set T40091
• Engine Support - Supplement Kit T40093A with T40093/7, and T40093/8

Procedure

-- Remove the left and right air filter housing, refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the Engine Support Bridge 10-222A on the left and right suspension strut towers as illustrated.

-- Install the other tools as illustrated.

-- Attach the spindle to the engine lifting eyes and pretension the engine slightly.

Assembling 

Assembly is performed in the reverse order of disassembly, noting the following:

-- Install the air filter housing, refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
