Night Vision System Control Module, Removing And Installing, Through 11/6/2016: Removing

-- Switch off the ignition and all electrical equipment. Set the ignition key outside of the vehicle.

-- Remove the front sill panel. Refer to SILL PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Loosen the left front seat and, with the wires still attached, push it toward the rear. Refer to OVERVIEW - FRONT SEAT .

-- Remove the floor mat.

-- Disengage the carpet and push aside.

-- Remove the nuts -arrows- from the bracket -1-.

-- Release and disconnect the connectors -2- from the Night Vision System Control Module -J853-.

-- Remove the Night Vision System Control Module -J853- with the bracket -1-.

-- Remove the bolts -3- and remove the Night Vision System Control Module -J853- -1- from the bracket -2-.
