-- Remove the left luggage compartment side trim panel. Refer to LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM PANELS .

-- If necessary, release the retaining tab -arrow- and remove the towing recognition control module -3- from the frame -4-.

-- Set aside the towing recognition control module with the connectors -1 and 2- attached.

-- Disconnect the connector -1-.
