Heater Control Module -J65- /A/C Control Module -J301- //Climatronic Control Module -J255- DISPLAY AND CONTROL HEAD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, A3: Installing
Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:
-- Check the clamps -arrows- at the control head. If a clamp is bend too far apart, it must be bend back to its original shape.
NOTE:
If a control head is installed with retainers that are bent too far, it may no longer be able to be removed from the instrument panel (the retainers are too strongly engaged in the mount).
-- Check the DTC memory, erase any displayed entries, and perform the "basic setting". Use the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester in the "Guided Fault Finding" function.
