Overview - Radiator/Radiator Fan

Radiator
- Clip
- For Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor on Radiator Outlet -G83-
- Coolant Hose
- Lift the clamp to remove
- Connecting. Refer to Fig 2.
- O-rings
- Replace after removing.
- Coat with coolant
- Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor on Radiator Outlet -G83-
- Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - COOLANT PUMP/COOLANT THERMOSTAT .
- Radiator
- If there are small impressions on the slats. Refer to COOLER AND CONDENSER ASSEMBLY .
- Removing and installing. Refer to RADIATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Change the coolant after replacing
- O-ring
- Replace after removing.
- Coat with coolant
- Coolant Hose
- Lift the clamp to remove
- Connecting. Refer to Fig 2.
- Coolant Hose
Connect the Coolant Hose to the Connector Coupling
- Replacing the damaged clip -4-.
-- Remove the old O-ring -2- in the coolant hose -3-.
-- Coat the new O-ring with coolant and insert it in the coolant hose.
-- Press the coolant hose on to the coolant pipe -1- until it engages audibly.
-- Press the coolant hose on again and pull to make sure the connector coupling is engaged correctly.

- Bolt
- 5 Nm
