Driver Assistance Systems Front Camera -R242-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VERSION 1, MFK2: Installing

• The camera field of vision on the inside of the windshield must not be fogged up or dirty.
• The clips must be replaced each time the front camera is removed.

-- Remove the clip -2- in the direction of -arrow- from the mount -1- and insert a new one.

-- Clean the viewing window on the windshield with Cleaning Solution: D 009 401 04  .

Further installation is performed in reverse order of removal, while noting the following:

-- Calibrate the driver assistance systems front camera after installation. Refer to DRIVER ASSISTANCE SYSTEMS FRONT CAMERA, CALIBRATING .
