Control Module, Removing And Installing, Generation V: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal.

• If a new control module is installed, a basic setting must be performed.

-- Connect the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester with the vehicle and start the Diagnostic  mode.

• Select vehicle test 
• All wheel drive (AWD) 5 
• 01 OBD-capable system 
• 22 All-Wheel Drive Control Module J492 
• 22 AWD electronics, functions 
• 22 Control module, replacing
