Electronic Steering Column Lock Control Module -J764-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

-- Check the steering column for damage. Refer to STEERING COLUMN, CHECKING FOR DAMAGE .

-- If the Electronic Steering Column Lock Control Module -J764- was replaced, it must be activated by selecting the "Replace" function in "Guided Functions". Use the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
