Overview - Control Module With Hydraulic Unit
- ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55- with ABS Control Module -J104-
- Component location: in the engine compartment.
- ABS Control Module -J104- WITH ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- The hydraulic control unit consists of ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55- with integrated Brake Pressure Sensor 1 -G201- and the ABS Control Module -J104-.
- Do not disconnect the connector before successfully completing OBD.
- Switch the ignition off before disconnecting the connector.NOTE:
The hydraulic unit must not idle, otherwise this can lead to problems when bleeding the brake system.
A new hydraulic unit is prefilled for the service with the brake fluid.
All openings of the hydraulic unit must be closed when installing.

Do not bend the brake lines past their form or damage them.
A bent or damaged brake line must be replaced.
