Electronic Steering Column Lock Control Module -J764-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

-- Check the steering column for damage. Refer to STEERING COLUMN, CHECKING FOR DAMAGE .

-- After replacing the Electronic Steering Column Lock Control Module -J764-, select the "Control module, replacing" program. Refer to DIAGNOSTIC ENTRIES .

-- Follow the instructions in the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester display.
