52 26... Removing and installing/replacing FOLD microswitch

Necessary preliminary tasks

Remove backrest cover See 52 26 411 REPLACING BACKREST COVER FOR LEFT REAR SEAT or 52 26 412 REPLACING BACKREST COVER FOR RIGHT REAR SEAT .
Remove TRIMS FROM BACKREST FRAME, OUTER .

Unclip microswitch (1) from seat backrest frame.

Installation:

Make sure contact sensor (2) is fitted correctly on pin (1).

Unfasten plug connection (1) and disconnect.
