Possible Fault Causes
- Loose reluctor on VVT sensor.
- VVT servo motor defective (soft intermittent short circuit in motor winding makes its ohmage too low)
- Short circuit in wiring harness (wire between VVT servo motor and DME)
- Abuse of accelerator pedal module.
