41 21... Replacing Side Member Attachment On Left Or Right (Vehicles Up To 09/2011)

Following new body parts are required (refer to ELECTRONIC PARTS CATALOGUE ):

(1) Side member, inside left

New part preparation

IMPORTANT: Ensure that the sensor is CORRECTLY POSITIONED .
If the sensor is installed in the wrong position, this may lead to an operating failure of the airbag!

Detach side member attachment (1) from side member (2).

Drill out bore holes (3) for screw size (7 mm) and deburr.
