61 34... Removing and installing/replacing socket in center console (rear)
Special tools required:
Pull lighter insert (1) out of socket.
Release retaining lugs (2) with special tool 00 9 317 and feed trim (3) in direction of arrow out of center console (4).
Disconnect plug connection (5) and remove trim (3).
Installation:
Retaining lugs (2) must not be damaged or missing.
Feed in trim (3) first at bottom into center console (4) and then press down at top.
Make sure trim (3) is correctly engaged on center console (4).
Release retaining lugs (1) with a suitable tool and press socket (2) in direction of arrow out of trim (3).
Installation:
Make sure socket (2) is correctly seated in trim (3).
