Boot lid/tailgate operation (remote control)

When pressure is maintained on the button for opening the boot lid/tailgate for longer than 0.5 seconds, the boot lid/tailgate's lock is disengaged. If the vehicle is equipped with a power tailgate then the command that will reverse the tailgate's current status will start and then proceed for as long as pressure is maintained on the button. If the boot lid/tailgate is open then it will close; if it is closed then it will open.

The delay period between actuation and the reaction at the tailgate can be specifically encoded.
