Interfaces and setpoint values

Electrical connections exist between the buttons in the center-console control panel and various control units:

Item Explanation
1 Now the center console operating facility is connected only to the ICM control unit Center console operating facility
2 Controller (CON)
3 Integrated chassis management (ICM)
NOTE: Now the center console control panel is connected only to the ICM control unit!
Following the introduction of the latest, more highly-evolved iteration of Integrated Chassis Management (ICM), all of the connections from the center-console control panel now lead directly to the ICM control unit.

Note the following specification data for the center-console control unit:

Variable Value
Switch contact cycles 50.000
Voltage supply for switch contacts 9 to 16 volts
Maximum current consumption of switch contacts 1, 5 mA
Maximum contact resistance of switch contacts 150 Ω
Temperature range -40 to 140 deg C
