WHEEL ALIGNMENT SPECIFICATION

OBSERVE TEST CONDITIONS    
Front axle:    
Total toe-in   0° 10' ± 8'
Adjustment total toe(1)   0° 10' ± 4'
Toe difference(2) single wheel between left/right   max. 12'
Camber (difference between left/right max. 30')   -1° 10' ± 25'
Adjustment camber(1)   -1° 10' ± 20'
Toe difference angle   (difference between left/right max. 30')
- with 20° lock on inside wheel   -2° 14' ± 30'
Caster angle   (difference between left/right max. 30')
Front wheel offset   0° ± 15'
Maximum wheel lock    
  • Inner cornering wheel
approx. ° 39° 06'
  • Outer cornering wheel
approx. ° 30° 11'
Rear axle:    
Total toe-in   0° 20' ± 8'
Adjustment total toe(1)   0° 20' ± 4'
Camber (difference between left/right max. 30')   -1° 45' ± 15'
Adjustment camber(1)   -1° 45' ± 12'
Geometrical driving axis   0° ± 4'
NOTE:
(1) To minimize adjusting errors (measuring inaccuracies), use a narrower tolerance for adjusting toe/camber.
NOTE:
(2) Toe difference front axle = criterion for steering wheel inclination
