61 42... Removing and installing control unit holder

IMPORTANT: Read and comply with notes on PROTECTION AGAINST ELECTROSTATIC DAMAGE (ESD PROTECTION) .

Necessary preliminary tasks:

For F30: F32: F35: F80: F82:

Release plug connections (1) on all control units.

Release nuts (2) and remove control unit holder (3).

Installation note:

Ensure that the plug connections (1) are correctly seated.

Ensure that the control unit holder (3) is correctly seated.
