Failure of the component
If the communication to the ACC control unit fails, carry out the standard checks (global procedure). If there is an internal control unit fault, the following behavior is to be expected:
- Fault code entry in the control unit of the Active Cruise Control with Stop & Go function (ACC)
- Check Control message in the instrument cluster (or alternatively in Head-Up Display)
