Remove Outer Wheel Arch Section With Reinforcement

Release welded connections in areas (1)
Release the C-pillar support from the cavity sealing (2) and remove

Open welded connections in areas (1) and (2)
Remove the reinforcement (2) on the C-pillar
Remove cavity sealing (3)

Mark and make the separating cuts (1) according to the specified dimensions a and b
Dimension a = 60 mm

Dimension b = 20 mm
Release welded connections in areas (2)

Continue with the separating cut (1) from the previous operation as shown
Thereby disconnect only the outer panel

Remove cavity sealing (1)
Release welded connections in areas (2)

Release the spot-welded adhesive joints in area (3)
Remove outer section of wheel arch
