Air Flow Meter/Sensor: Locations

Mass Air Flow (MAF) / Manifold Air Temperature (MAT) Sensor:

The Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor is located in the air intake tube behind the air cleaner. On a vehicle that has a Speed Density Update the MAF sensor is no longer functional. However, the Manifold Air Temperature (MAT) sensor (which is a part of the MAF sensor assembly) will still remain functional.
