Code 39: TCC Circuit (3.3L W/125-C Trans): Notes

Code 39 will set when no Code 28 is set, brake is not applied, TCC is commanded by ECM, transmission is in high gear, engine speed/vehicle speed ratio does not indicate that TCC has engaged and all of the mentioned conditions have been met for greater than 15 seconds.

1. Checks for voltage source and ECM commanded ground.
2. Checks for an open or faulty brake input switch.
3. Checks for TCC engagement.
4. Checks the ECM for proper operation.
