Rear Compartment Lid Release Inoperative

- Turn ignition on. Put transmission selector in Park. Backprobe test light between Remote Control Door Lock Receiver/Theft Deterrent Module (RCDLR/TDM) connector terminal C16 (Light Green wire) and ground.
- If test light does not light, check for poor connection at transmission position switch or open circuit in Light Green wire. If connection and wire are okay, replace switch.
- If test light lights, check for poor connection at RCDLR/TDM connector terminals C16 (Light Green wire) or C1 (Black/White wire). If connections are okay, program a known good transmitter. If function is still inoperative, replace RCDLR/TDM.
