Installation Procedure

WARNING: Any carpet service repair or replacement should be the same thickness, size and location as the original installation in the vehicle or vehicle damage and personal injury could result.

Lay the front carpet (1) into the vehicle.

Work the front edges of the carpet into place under the instrument panel.
Install the floor vent into the floor ducts, if equipped.
Install the center console. Refer to CONSOLE REPLACEMENT -- FRONT FLOOR .
Install the front carpet retainer. Refer to Carpet Retainer Replacement - Front .
Install the center pillar garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Center Pillar .
Install the front seats. Refer to SEAT REPLACEMENT -- BUCKET .
Enable the SIR system. Refer to ACTIVATING SYSTEM .
