Console Ashtray/Lighter: Removal

  1. Remove the cigarette lighter fuse.
  2. Remove the cigarette lighter element.
  3. Remove the cigarette lighter socket by placing "T" portion of the cigarette lighter socket remover into socket. See Figure .
  4. Remove the tool from the lighter socket.
  5. Disconnect the electrical connector from the cigarette lighter socket. See Figure .
  6. Remove the cigarette lighter retainer using your index finger and pulling out. See Figure .
