Circuit/System Verification

- Engine running, accessories OFF, measure and record the voltage at the C1 Battery terminals. The voltage must be between 12.6-15.0 V.
- If not within the specified range, refer to Charging System Test .
- Ignition OFF, measure and record the voltage at the C1 Battery terminals. The voltage must be between 12.45-12.75 V.
- If not within the specified range, refer to Battery Inspection/Test .
- Clear DTCs and verify the DTC B1480 does not reset.
- If the DTC resets, replace the K9 BCM.
