Component Testing

- Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the B27D door handle switch - driver exterior.
- Test for infinite resistance between the signal terminal 2 and the ground terminal 1 with the switch in the open position.
- If less than infinite resistance
Replace the B27D door handle switch - driver exterior.
- If infinite resistance
- If less than infinite resistance
- Test for less than 3 Ω between the signal terminal 2 and the ground terminal 1 with the switch in the closed position.
- If 3 Ω or greater
Replace the B27D door handle switch - driver exterior.
- If less than 3 Ω
- If 3 Ω or greater
- All OK
