Installation Procedure

  1. Prepare the fuel injectors for assembly, refer to Fuel Rail and Injectors Cleaning and Inspection .
  2. Install the fuel injection fuel rail assembly. Refer to Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Assembly Replacement - Bank 1 (LLT)  or Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Assembly Replacement - Bank 2 (LLT) .
    NOTE: The fuel injectors have an alignment feature and must be reinstalled as noted during removal.
  3. Pressure up the fuel system and check for leaks.
