Preliminary Procedure
- Remove the body hinge pillar garnish molding - right side. Refer to Body Hinge Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement

- Remove the instrument panel compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement

- Remove radio bracket fasteners. Refer to Radio Bracket Replacement .

Human Machine Interface Control Module Procedure
- Reposition the carpet as needed to allow enough clearance for the module to be removed.
NOTE:
Compressing the dash panel inner insulator will be necessary to aid in the removal.
- Disconnect the electrical connections.
- Slide module downward to release from bracket.
