Component Testing
- Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the S48D Multifunction Switch 2 - Instrument Panel.
- Test for infinite resistance between the signal terminal 12 and the ground circuit terminal 15.
- If not infinite resistance
Replace the S48D Multifunction Switch 2 - Instrument Panel.
- If infinite resistance
- If not infinite resistance
- Test for less than 10 Ω between the signal terminal 12 and the ground circuit terminal 15.
- If not less than 10 Ω
Replace the S48D Multifunction Switch 2 - Instrument Panel.
- If less than 10 Ω
- If not less than 10 Ω
- All OK
